  • An uncapped compensation package with first year on target earnings in excess of $170,000, including a competitive base salary of $70,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Job Duties:

  • Proactively prospect and qualify new sales opportunities leveraging email, phone and sales 2.0 tools, within your territory and named customer accounts
  • Propose, negotiate, close and transition new customers within a professional team-selling environment
  • Leverage our training to effectively take control of and disrupt traditional RFP and commercial purchasing cycles
  • Communicate to executive decision makers the impact our disruptive capabilities can have within their industry and company
  • Demonstrate the commitment and accountability required to overachieve personal goals outlined in your quarterly sales action plan
  • Consistently track, report and analyze your sales pipeline producing high forecast accuracy
  • Maintain a powerful working knowledge of the direct and indirect competitors in your territory and key accounts
  • Continuous development of your own world-class consultative sales mind-set, skill-set and tool-set

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years selling SaaS software solutions into complex corporate buying centers
  • Verifiable history of accountability, perseverance and over-quota achievement
  • Professional curiosity of a life-long learner and the commitment to ongoing coaching and training
  • Ability to operate effectively as a leader by demonstrating your own high level of motivation and accountability
  • Ability to execute complex individual and team-selling initiatives, which may include both business and technical team members from multiple organizations
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit that makes you comfortable preparing for and executing on calculated business risks
  • Command of a value-centric or impact-centric sales approach that allows you to establish high-margin/highretention customer relationships
  • Strong task-orientation and problem-solving skills that allow you to operate with autonomy
  • Excellent verbal, writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient with CRM, mobile technology, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
