irth Solutions is hiring a proven Software Sales Engineer in Columbus, Ohio to help grow our cloud-based WorkSpace product and drive new requirements from customers and sales. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales engineer who can identify customer challenges and create software solutions that delight customers.
This individual will be a "go-to" resource for their product area of responsibility and will interface with Sales, Development and Product Management to sell and develop product capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support sales with product solutions, demonstrations and technical knowledge
- Strong desire to help prospects and customers learn how irth WorkSpace will revolutionize their business
- Work with customers to define and write requirements
- Identify new customer challenges and evaluate them against long-term roadmap priorities
To the qualified candidate we offer:
- A base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 and an aggressive bonus and commission structure with On Target Earnings in excess of $150,000
- A product management team with over twenty five years of experience to mentor, support and provide world class software product management and sales engineering programs.

- 3+ years’ experience in a B2B software role
- Proven problem solving and customer interaction skills
- Skilled at pre-sales software product demonstrations
- Established knowledge of software technology and software development
- Software-as-a-service (SaaS) experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
