Trent Peugh joined irth Solutions in 1999 and currently serves as President & Chief Relationship Officer. Trent brings extensive industry experience in diverse roles from Sales, Marketing, IT to Business Development. He understands the needs of people and organizations within the utility and energy industries and works with them to provide solutions to meet those needs. Prior to joining irth Solutions, Trent served in various management roles at Drug Emporium and Lexon Corporation, and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
Since joining irth Solutions in 1996, Rod Ball has been instrumental in defining best practices in development and has been a key leader in the design, development and testing of our solutions. Rod and his team are responsible for the creation of all irth Solutions products and works closely with irth Solutions staff and customers to ensure the products deliver required functionality. Rod holds several industry certifications and has a B.S. degree in Software Engineering from The Ohio State University.
Joe Pardi joined irth Solutions in October 2017. He is a proven, high-impact leader in the software industry with expertise in SaaS metrics and financial modeling. His passion for SaaS companies drives his focus on operational excellence, fiscal responsibility, and long-term growth. Prior to joining irth Solutions, Joe served as the Finance Director for Astute Solutions, where he led the Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations teams by linking high-level strategy with operational execution. Joe holds an MBA from Otterbein University and a B.S. degree in Finance from The Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
Asim Tareen is responsible for driving sales for irth Solutions, with a focus on growing the company’s enterprise business within Energy sector. Asim brings to the position a successful track record of more than 18 years that includes high-profile leadership positions and recognized sales achievements in a variety of industries including oil and gas. Prior to joining irth Solutions, Asim led sales teams at Gemalto and Oracle, where he nurtured key relationships and formed strategic partnerships that led to significant revenue growth. Asim earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from University of Georgia.
Athlan Lathan is responsible for driving sales for irth Solutions, with focus on growing the company’s enterprise business within the Utility sector. Athlan brings nearly twenty years of strong executive-level consulting and sales expertise to irth Solutions. His strong background in negotiations and technology allows him to focus on driving growth within irth Solutions Utility sector. Before joining irth, Athlan has successfully led technology sales organizations in the Pacific Northwest with his most recent role at ClickSoftware helping Utilities optimize scheduling and routing.
