Prior to his role as CEO at irth Solutions, Brad was Global Managing Director of IBM’s Energy, Environment and Utility Industry. Brad's formal education includes a BA in Political Science and an MBA in Finance. Brad has testified in front of the US Congress on Energy issues and has been featured in articles in Forbes, Business Week and numerous industry and business periodicals. Brad is also considered a thought-leader on Energy and Utility issues and is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events. Before joining IBM, Brad served as a Captain in the United States Air Force where he held positions in Strategy and Planning and as a Flight Crew member on the B-52.

Trent Peugh joined irth Solutions in 1999 and currently serves as President & CRO. Trent brings extensive industry experience in diverse roles from Sales, Marketing, IT to Business Development. He understands the needs of people and organizations within the utility and energy industries and works with them to provide solutions to meet those needs. Prior to joining irth Solutions, Trent served in various management roles at Drug Emporium and Lexon Corporation, and holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

TengBeng Koid is an experienced executive with more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has lead software businesses around the world. Most recently, he served as President of Energy Solutions at Emerson Automation Solutions. He assumed this role in 2015 after Emerson acquired Energy Solutions International (ESI), where he served as its Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, TengBeng was President at Seismic Micro-Technology, Inc, and Executive Vice President and COO at ION Geophysical Corporation. Koid has an executive MBA from Bath University and graduated with honors from the University Science Malaysia with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Marie brings decades of experience within the utilities industry, where she has held a variety of leadership roles. Most recently, Marie was President and CEO of Peak Reliability. Previously, Marie spent six years with National Grid Corporation, including as Senior Vice President of Electric Engineering and Centralized Construction, Senior Vice President of Gas Construction and Operations, and Senior Vice President of Network Strategy, US Operations. Prior to that, Marie spent more than two decades with Pacific Gas and Electric Company. She received a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento as well as a bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from the University of Phoenix.

Ron is an experienced former executive with more than 30 years of experience in electric and telecommunication infrastructure. Most recently, Ron served as President and CEO of Osmose Utilities Services, a market leader that has been in business for over 86 years. Under his leadership, the company grew revenue substantially and the business was transitioned from an operating company to a stand-alone business. Prior to becoming President and CEO, he served in various leadership positions in the company. He currently serves on the boards of EN Engineering, IMCORP and irth Solutions.

Andy Vesey recently served as President and CEO, Board Member of Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a subsidiary of PG&E Corporation, is one of the largest combined natural gas and electric energy companies in the United States. Prior to joining PG&E, Andy served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Sydney-based AGL Energy Limited, an integrated Australian energy company serving about 3.7 million electric and natural gas customers and operating 20 percent of the country’s power generation capacity. Before AGL, Vesey served in a number of leadership roles at energy companies such as AES Corporation, where he was the Chief Operating Officer, and Entergy Corporation and Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in economics both from Union College. He also earned a master’s degree in applied science from New York University.
