Prior to joining irth Solutions, Trent served in various management roles at Drug Emporium and Lexon Corporation, and holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

Prior to joining Energy Solutions, Koid served as CEO of Energy Solutions International (ESI), which was acquired by Emerson Electric. Prior to that, TengBeng was President at Seismic Micro-Technology, Inc, and Executive Vice President and COO at ION Geophysical Corporation. Koid has an executive MBA from Bath University and graduated with honors from the University Science Malaysia with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Marie brings decades of experience within the utilities industry, where she has held a variety of leadership roles. Most recently, Marie was President and CEO of Peak Reliability. Previously, Marie spent six years with National Grid Corporation, including as Senior Vice President of Electric Engineering and Centralized Construction, Senior Vice President of Gas Construction and Operations, and Senior Vice President of Network Strategy, US Operations. Prior to that, Marie spent more than two decades with Pacific Gas and Electric Company. She received a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento as well as a bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from the University of Phoenix.

Brad has testified in front of the US Congress on Energy issues and has been featured in articles in Forbes, Business Week and numerous industry and business periodicals. Brad is also considered a thought-leader on Energy and Utility issues and is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events.
