Tom McKelvey

Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Gauge Capital

Tom co-founded Gauge Capital and leads the firm’s business and consumer services vertical. Previously, Tom spent over 25 years leading, advising and investing in high growth enterprises. Tom currently serves on the boards of Infosoft, Teachers of Tomorrow, eDynamic Learning, TVC Pro-Driver, Irth Solutions, Schlesinger Group, and Concept3D, and formerly served as a Director for several other companies. Tom received his BS and MS in accounting at Oklahoma State University and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.

Reid Barnett

Vice President, Gauge Capital

Reid is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio company monitoring. Reid currently serves on the boards of TVC Pro-Driver and Irth Solutions. Prior to joining Gauge, Reid was an Associate at the Carlyle Group. Earlier in his career, Reid worked in the investment banking division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity offerings for clients. Reid received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his BS in mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University.

Brad Gammons

CEO, Irth Solutions

Brad joined Irth Solutions first as a board member in 2020 and now serves as CEO. Prior to his role as CEO at Irth Solutions, Brad was Global Managing Director of IBM’s Energy, Environment and Utility Industry. Brad’s formal education includes a BA in Political Science and an MBA in Finance. Brad has testified in front of the US Congress on Energy issues and has been featured in articles in Forbes, Business Week and numerous industry and business periodicals. Brad is also considered a thought-leader on Energy and Utility issues and is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events. Before joining IBM, Brad served as a Captain in the United States Air Force where he held positions in Strategy and Planning and as a Flight Crew member on the B-52.

Trent Peugh

President & CRO, Irth Solutions

Trent Peugh joined Irth Solutions in 1999 and currently serves as President & CRO. Trent brings extensive industry experience in diverse roles from Sales, Marketing, IT to Business Development. He understands the needs of people and organizations within the utility and energy industries and works with them to provide solutions to meet those needs. Prior to joining Irth Solutions, Trent served in various management roles at Drug Emporium and Lexon Corporation, and holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

TengBeng Koid

President, Global Business, Flotek

TengBeng Koid is an experienced executive with more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has lead software businesses around the world. Most recently, he served as President of Energy Solutions at Emerson Automation Solutions. He assumed this role in 2015 after Emerson acquired Energy Solutions International (ESI), where he served as its Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, TengBeng was President at Seismic Micro-Technology, Inc, and Executive Vice President and COO at ION Geophysical Corporation. Koid has an executive MBA from Bath University and graduated with honors from the University Science Malaysia with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Marie Jordan

Former President & CEO, Peak Reliability

Marie brings decades of experience within the utilities industry, where she has held a variety of leadership roles. Most recently, Marie was President and CEO of Peak Reliability. Previously, Marie spent six years with National Grid Corporation, including as Senior Vice President of Electric Engineering and Centralized Construction, Senior Vice President of Gas Construction and Operations, and Senior Vice President of Network Strategy, US Operations. Prior to that, Marie spent more than two decades with Pacific Gas and Electric Company. She received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento as well as a bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from the University of Phoenix.

Former President & CEO, Osmose Utilities Services, Inc.

Ron is an experienced former executive with more than 30 years of experience in electric and telecommunication infrastructure. Most recently, Ron served as President and CEO of Osmose Utilities Services, a market leader that has been in business for over 86 years. Under his leadership, the company grew revenue substantially and the business was transitioned from an operating company to a stand-alone business. Prior to becoming President and CEO, he served in various leadership positions in the company. He currently serves on the boards of EN Engineering, IMCORP and Irth Solutions.
