We’re just days away from our biggest User Summit yet, and the Asset Integrity track is packed with product deep dives, customer perspectives, and data-driven insights. Here’s a preview of the sessions for Asset Integrity, so you know to expect from each presentation.
Six releases since October 2024 have delivered over 490 enhancements, spanning PHMSA F&G reporting, the Onboarding Tool UI/UX, and the Vendor Portal. We’ll also preview 2026 initiatives, including the Integrated Data View report Phase II, API 1163 integration, and flexible Corrosion Growth Rates.
Day 1: 11:30 – 12:30 pm
A current client will provide an overview of the latest Dig Sheet Summary report in AIP's Reports Module. The report outputs a dig summary, including a visual of target joints on the linear asset, nearby upstream/downstream joints, joint details, and information on features. This session will also highlight how this report has been integrated into the client’s asset integrity workflows to support their operations.
Day 1: 1:45 – 2:00 pm
A field-tested story of aligning historical ILI and repairs: using IMU-enabled alignment, the team uncovered misaligned legacy data and cut analysis time by ~75% with weld alignment and lineage reports now standard practice to validate old repairs.
Day 1: 2:00 – 2:15 pm
Discover how one pipeline operator standardizes vendor ILI deliverables from end-to-end, utilizing a portal workflow built on a Universal Feature Listing template, a shared vocabulary and criteria, and an ILI Vendor Reporting guide, along with automated ingestion validation. The payoff? QA/QC exchanges dropped from an average of 3 to 1 per report, processing time reduced from 2.5 days to 0.5 days, on-time delivery rose rom 76% to 98% and contracted support cost fell from $720k to $4.5k.
Day 1: 2:15 – 2:30 pm
Discover the Close Interval Survey and Cathodic Protection capabilities that have been integrated into the EC module. Launched in phases, the CIS (Q4 2024) and CP (Q2 2025) modules have added test-station auto-creation and trending to streamline oversight. The roadmap includes multi-assessment analysis, DCVG analysis, CP hardware integration, ECDA-lite workflows, and richer data conditions.
Day 1: 2:30 – 3:00 pm
A pipeline operator outlines how it utilizes probabilistic methods to assess the reliability of a pipeline system, thereby supporting risk management and informed integrity decision-making. The use of probabilistic methods supports consistent safety levels, optimal resource allocation, and enables the integration of design and operational decisions.
Day 1: 4:00 – 4:15 pm
Walk through our Actionable PoF workflow, built with C-FER reliability models and integrated into Integrity Compliance. We’ll demonstrate how PoF drives anomaly decisions today and what’s coming next, including CoF, non-piggable scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and map-first reporting.
Day 1: 4:15 – 4:45 pm
A consolidated, zoomable “bands” view brings ILI, PODs, external/internal corrosion, geohazards, and risk into one place, designed to move from thousands of datapoints to decisions. We’ll demo the 2025 improvements and discuss Phase II items, such as mapping and data science overlays.
Day 1: 4:45 – 5:00 pm
We’ll share industry-wide trends from AIP’s growing footprint, now 26 operators and ~172,500 miles under subscription, with analysis on ILI technology and company usage, vendor performance, and where error rates are improving. Expect clear takeaways on what drives depth-sizing accuracy and how pipeline operators can apply these insights to improve their performance.
Day 2: 11:00 - 11:30 am
Pipeline operators will discuss how they’re applying Level 2 and Level 3 analyses results, when (and why) they re-analyze or re-grade ILI runs, and how real-world results compare to vendor specs. The ultimate goal is to make API 1163 workflows more efficient in AIP by better understanding our clients' needs.
Day 2: 11:30 am - 12:00 pm
From Phase I data integration (IMU, ROW inspection, third-party seismic/soil/weather) to Phase II geospatial intelligence and forward-looking predictive simulation/digital twin concepts, we’ll show how AIP and Utilisphere combine hazard context with integrity calculations and risk.
Day 2: 12:00 - 12:30 pm
A joint session from a pipeline operator and client services examines the Historical Growth Trend (HGT) CGR versus traditional Pit-to-Pit approaches, sharing multi-year findings and how an operator plans to utilize HGT within AIP going forward.
Day 2: 1:30 - 2:00 pm
A practical overview of how Irth applies data science and machine learning within AIP as well as current and future work, including utilizing DS to identify active corrosion and impute missing data attributes. A basic explanation of data science models will also be discussed.
