At the Irth User Summit Rod Ball, our CTO, took attendees on a tour of Irth’s recent design updates and new software features. We’ve made user experience improvements to Irth Training (Coursettra), Irth Digtix, and Utilisphere, which will help your team members develop their skills and perform tasks in the field.
In 2022, Irth Training debuted My Training, My Account, and My Achievements, which all help trainees keep better track of their course progress and certifications. In 2023, we followed that up with an overhauled quiz and survey experience, including a progress bar, question-by-question feedback, and more flexibility when skipping and returning to questions. We then updated the admin side with improved search capabilities and handy dashboards that make tracking your team’s training progress easy. Finally, My Certifications “go widget” allows users to track their certifications and even take training courses within the Irth app.
The Irth team has been collecting loads of customer feedback about Irth Digtix workflows and ease of use to vastly improve the overall interface. Upcoming improvements include:
We’re making several changes with fieldwork in mind, including:
Irth Digtix’s powerful new automatic billing configurations will mean that techs can record their activities without figuring out how to bill them. Also, techs can create their own routes using intelligent ticket recommendations and easily adjust those routes when emergencies happen.
On the office side, auditing will be streamlined, and users will be able to easily define geographical areas to be used throughout the application. Administrators will be able to configure users, close codes, and bill in bulk. It will also be easier to schedule assignments and determine whether a particular item needs to be dispatched.
The first thing you’ll notice about Utilisphere is the name. Slowly we have been evolving our flagship product to be “Irth.” But that’s just one of many updates to the application.
Plus, the overhauled Details navigation column will include:
At Irth, we never stop pushing to improve our technology. We hope these updates will help make your life easier and your business more efficient.
