811 Ticket Screening

AI can consider variables such as excavator name, work type, work done for, proximity to facilities, facility location, ticket type, and many more to assign or clear tickets just like a human would.

Locate Ticket Audits
Irth Insights uses machine vision to automatically screen “locate” photos tied to 811 tickets, enabling users to process hundreds to thousands of tickets that are received.
AI-powered image analysis identifies if the correct flag and paint colors were used for the location, as well as whether the distance of the photo from the dig site meets the user’s requirements.
Each photo is reviewed by Irth Insights and each ticket is audited and automatically assigned a pass or fail per the user's requirements.
Irth Insights provides users the ability to process a vast number of 811 tickets, thereby reducing errors and ensuring asset safety.

Meter Inspections
Irth Insights uses machine vision to automatically detect and classify issues at meter locations, enabling users to process inspection data at scale efficiently.
AI-powered image analysis identifies signs of corrosion, buried meters, or vegetation interference. Field technicians simply capture a photo of each meter, and Irth Insights automatically displays the probability of these conditions for each work item.
Users can set thresholds to determine whether a corrective action is triggered or if the inspection is marked complete. If conditions meet or exceed the set thresholds, Irth Insights will either initiate the next logical corrective step or close the current inspection, scheduling the next one accordingly.
