Irth Solutions Acquires geoAMPS, a SaaS Company for Land Rights, Stakeholder, and Compliance Management

Columbus, Ohio – Irth Solutions (“Irth”), a Blackstone Portfolio company and leading provider of damage prevention and risk management software designed to improve the resiliency of critical network infrastructure, has acquired geoAMPS, a software provider for managing land rights, stakeholder engagement, and compliance.

geoAMPS software solutions include industry specific land and right of way management products for pipeline/utilities (rowAMPS), mass transportation (dotAMPS), and renewables (altAMPS) that were built in collaboration with subject matter experts. These solutions align with Irth’s mission to capture the full contextual understanding of infrastructure assets in a geospatial temporal framework.
